Wheel of Fortune's Vanna White's REPLACEMENT revealed

Vanna White's covid diagnosis leads to replacement on Wheel of Fortune.

Wheel of Fortune's longtime co-host Vanna White will be absent from upcoming episodes due to her recent contraction of Covid-19, leading to the selection of a temporary replacement by the popular game show. While Vanna White's ongoing contract negotiations have drawn attention, her current salary of $3 million annually contrasts significantly with co-host Pat Sajak's $15 million income.

Despite occasional bonuses, this financial discrepancy has sparked discussions about her career's future, particularly with Ryan Seacrest announced as Pat Sajak's successor. With a four-decade tenure on the show and at age 66, there's speculation about potential transitions or retirement for Vanna White.

Following her Covid diagnosis during the filming of "Teachers Week" episodes, Bridgette Donald-Blue, California's "Teacher of the Year," has been chosen as a temporary replacement for a week. This change is a short-term measure due to Vanna's health circumstances and the special theme of the upcoming episodes as the new season prepares for its September 11 premiere
